How was your teams Race Day????Did your car live up to its expectation????What suggestions would you have for me for next quarter to change this project?

Our teams race day went very well. Our car came in second place for distance. Our car went 17 feet. This is how far we thought our car would go because thats how far it went when we tested it. For next year I suggest that you have more tools because people were wasting time waitng in line for the tools

Our teams car came runner up in the speed racing. Our car did much better than we thought and went farther than some of the other cars. My suggestions would be to have a partner with everyone, and to have more drills (people were waiting all the time). Also you could use a rat trap, the cars would go faster and farther.

Our car is a COMPLETE failure because it lost in a terrible race to Boochi and Erin's car. But it did okay because it went 10 feet so we got full credit. I liked this project and would not change it.

Our race day was really good. We beat Daniel and Julie in the first round, and then Cam and Paul in the second. We are pretty excited to get pizza. We really liked this project, and please keep the pizza prize, it was very motivating!!Some suggestions would be to have more drills and batteries at hand. We had to wait awhile for those.

Our race day was decent but not great because our car has gone farther when we tested it, but only ended up going 15 and a half feet. Overall i really liked this project and maybe the only thing i would do to change it would be to assign groups to the tools on different days , because on some occasions days were spent waiting for them. But overall i thought this was one of the better projects.

Today Andrew and I won the distance competition in our period's mousetrap car race. Our car went 51 feet and destroyed the competition. For the coming year, I don't think you should change anything. You did a good job of guiding everyone through this project and making sure we were on task.

ours went five feet because we didn't have enough friction and our lever arm broke.

our race day went well our car went 30 feet. this was the furthest of any other test. My suggestion is work ahead on your portfolio.

Our race day results went pretty well... our car did not travel quit as far as expected.. but it did travel over 10 feet. For next quarter I would suggest that you encourage the students to use more accurate websites (give examples) Also encourage students to work ahead on their portfolio so they complete everything on time.

Our car went just over 15 feet. It didn't completely live up to our expectation because we wanted it to go straight, but it turned left. For next quarter, Jessica and I suggest that you give people more time to build their mouse-trap cars.

our car didn't move for about 2-3 trys but the last try we got the 10 feet in. i think that we should have used a rat trap because they would make the car go a whole lot faster and a heck of a lot farther than what they did with the mouse trap cars

Our Car went 5 feet total, so race day was better than expected because it was going nowhere originally

Our car didn't go very far, but we still reached 12 ft. We couldn't have a second trial because the mousetrap broke. To make the project better, you should probably explain things better.

Our race day went the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what we thought it would be. Our car malfunctioned multiple times and it only went 5feet. It was more or less a disaster

our race day was depressing. We went 9.5 ft faster tan any car, then it pulled a u-turn at 9.75 ft. life sucks. anyways we ran it again to pass, and got just 10 ft. mach 5 didn't live up to our expectations because yesterday we tested it and it went 12 ft, straight, and no u-turn(and fast). Changes for the project next year is more time till race day, and none of these blogs.

After our car not being able to move yesterday it went 22 feet today, third place in distance. Next year people may need more time to finish or use a rat trap.

Our mousetrap car did fine on race day. It only went 14 feet, but as long as it's full credit, that's all that matters to us. I liked building these cars and wouldn't change anything.

i would put the mouse trap on the bottom of the car and make sure their was no friction causing it to slow down ares went 12 and a half feet
